AI that remembers how your team works
The problem
Every new AI chat starts from zero. It does not know what you decided last month, how your team likes work done, or what you already tried. So its suggestions stay generic, and you spend the first ten minutes of every conversation repeating yourself.
How it works
I built a private memory layer that every AI tool I use reads from. It has three parts.
- Capture. Notes, meeting transcripts and decisions land in one place every day, automatically.
- Memory. A private vault keeps them organized and searchable. It is mine, not a vendor's.
- Access. My AI tools, my phone and every project read from the same history, so every tool starts with the same context.
Anything shown on this site uses a demo vault with made-up notes. My real notes stay private.
What changed
- Answers that reference real past decisions, not guesses.
- A briefing every morning, built from the day before.
- No repeating context at the start of each chat.
For your team
The same idea, sized for a business: shared memory for your people and your AI. New hires can ask why a decision was made. Handoffs keep their history. The AI tools your team already uses start from how you actually work.
